4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All posted prices are denominated in € and encompass all applicable taxes, except as otherwise noted. Prices are susceptible to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: Half the overall charter cost is payable upon booking
  • Balance: Due two days prior to the departure of the charter
  • Additional fees, if applicable: Payable when the charter concludes

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment options, including major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified checks, and use secure, encrypted processes for payment transactions.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If canceled above 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus processing costs
  • Between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure: Half the payment refunded
  • If canceled under 24 hours to the departure: No reimbursement provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the case of weather deemed hazardous by our captain, we will propose to either:

  • Reschedule your charter at no extra charge to a new available date
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling cannot be accommodated

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If mechanical malfunctions occur with the assigned vessel, we will strive to supply an appropriate substitute. Should an alternative not be available, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All individuals aboard must:

  • Heed all instructions from the crew
  • Utilize safety gear when demanded
  • Disclose any health conditions impacting their safety
  • Stay within the vessel's assigned areas

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are disallowed on board:

  • Glass containers
  • Illicit substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Excessive amounts of liquor
  • Pets (save for exceptions granted prior)

Passengers should act respectfully at all times. We hold the right to cease a charter prematurely without refund if passenger behavior endangers safety or disrupts others' experiences.
