What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each of our rentals comes with experienced staff, all necessary safety gear, fuel costs, and standard beverages. The specific items provided can vary depending on the type of service — evening cruises provide gourmet snacks and upscale beverages, whereas business charters offer meeting facilities and tailored catering for professional events.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your booking, we advise scheduling your yacht charter 2–3 weeks prior, particularly in the high season from May to September. For enterprise events and private festivities, arranging your booking 4–6 weeks in advance is preferable for wider availability and customization opportunities.
What is the course of action if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our primary concern. In cases where the weather is considered hazardous by our skipper, you'll be offered an alternative booking date or a complete refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will get in touch with you 24 hours prior to your set sailing time if the conditions look dubious.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, guests are free to bring personal provisions and non-alcoholic beverages aboard. That said, we also have exceptional catering services and can tailor menus to your preferences. Keep in mind that for the sake of safety, glass receptacles are not allowed on the vessel.
Do you provide yacht access for guests with mobility challenges?
Our aim is to be inclusive for all patrons. Various yachts in our fleet are equipped with facilities to better serve individuals with mobility restrictions. We encourage you to get in touch with our reservations team regarding specific access requirements before booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make any required arrangements.
Could you outline your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations more than 72 hours before departure, a full reimbursement is provided. Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours qualify for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours of the departure time, the reservation fee is non-refundable, except in circumstances involving unsafe weather or mechanical issues from our end.
